We can provide the following options when choosing a service or training program: All-inclusive programs where we design, create, and deliver content. Content only for you to deliver. Train the Trainer program – We create the program and train someone within your organization to deliver.
Kimberly Vissak
I am one of those lucky people who, for over twenty - five years, has been able to do what they love. My passion is to help enhance leader’s ability to hire, develop and maintain top talent to ensure business results are maximized.
My leadership career began in the early 90’s; my desire to be a part of team members development quickly became my adrenaline rush. I moved towards training and human resource management in 2000. This is where I really became passionate about servant leadership and developed my talents by becoming certified to facilitate The Ken Blanchard Companies and Franklin Covey leadership programs.
Most recently, I have partnered with Perspective Consulting, LLC a Predictive Index Certified Partner to bring additional tools to help empower business leaders to design winning teams.
I am fortunate to work within a broad bevy of industries and teams both small and large. I look forward to continuing to help others reach their full potential.
